The Structured Finance Practice is seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum 2 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations. The practice group is recognised for its work on complex and cutting-edge structured finance transactions, development of innovative structures, and first-time securitisations of new asset classes.
